As filipinos, we enjoy this cold dessert not just for summer but as a staple afternoon snack. Rain or shine you will find halo halo stands in you neighborhood! As it is really common, it's a good thing that a business in Mandaluyong City made an innovative twists to this traditional dessert.

Bebang's Halo Halo went viral for their dessert topped with edible 24k gold shavings and the first time I saw it I immediately said that WE NEED TO TRY THIS! Seeing that the shop was located at Shaw boulevard, Mandaluyong city, I was reluctant to order as it might melt on the way to Taguig but Bebang came through! The Halo Halo got to Taguig safe and well packed, the ingredients are still beautifully arranged and still fresh.

This is definitely a MUST when ordering in Bebang's. The edible 24k Gold shavings adds that finesse to our traditional Halo Halo and they were very generous with their fresh ingredients! (PROMISE, HINDI TALAGA TINIPID!) Honestly, edible 24k Gold doesn't really taste anything but with it on top you will feel like a Maharlika while eating the Halo Halo. You will also feel like a Maharlika as the ingredients are overflowing and definitely gives your taste bud a treat!

This one is my tita's choice. She loved that every scoop has that ube flavor. The secret is that the milk itself has ube flavor in it! 

Mango Graham Caramel

It is definitely not a party without MANGO GRAHAM! This one is my tito's favorite. The fresh mango, graham and the caramel just makes this a definite MUST try! (MANGA, they made sure na walang bulok!)

DEFINITELY WORTH THE HYPE! We loved that they are using frozen milk as ice, with that it gets creamier as it melts! The hype is not just with their Royal Halo Halo but all the halo halo that we tasted. We will definitely go to their store to try more of their offering. I am looking forward in trying their food selection and other halo halo flavors (Can't wait to try their ICY COFFEE).
